Will My Letter Arrive In Time?

Yes, provided your reservation is placed by our holiday cutoff of December 10. Every letter is written and assembled by hand, then sent by mail so it arrives well before Christmas morning. Reserving early is always wise, as the believing years are brief and the season fills quickly.
How Is The Letter Personalized?

Each letter is composed for one child alone. When you reserve, you share a few details about them, their age, the year they have had, a moment they are proud of, a wish they are holding close. Santa writes to those details directly, so the letter reads as though it could belong to no one else. It is not a template with a name added. It is a letter written for your child.
What Arrives In The Box?

Each reservation includes a personalized parchment letter from Santa, a Nice List Certificate bearing your child's name, a Nice List Sticker, a vial of Christmas Wish gold glitter, and a heritage keepsake box made to be kept long after the season has passed. It is a keepsake, not a card.
What Does A Reservation Mean?

We use the word reservation because each letter is made to order and our production is limited by hand. When you reserve, your place in the season is held and your letter is written for your child. Payment is taken at the time of reservation, and your letter is mailed in good time for Christmas.
What Ages Is This For?

Santa Ink is written for children in the believing years, most often those between three and ten. That said, the letter is composed to suit the child you describe, and many families reserve for the youngest and oldest of their believers alike.
What If I Need To Fix A Detail?

Simply write to us at support@santaink.com and we will make it right. Because each letter is composed by hand, we ask that any changes reach us before your letter is written. We would far rather pause and correct a detail than send a letter that is anything less than perfect.

Yes. A portion of every reservation helps bring a little Christmas to children in foster care. It is a quiet part of what we do, and one we hold close to our hearts.
