Our Guarantee

We stand behind every Santa Ink letter completely. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you expected, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, email us at support@santaink.com right away with a photo and your order number. We'll take care of it immediately.

Refunds

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll notify you of the resolution. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit.
