Our Guarantee

We stand behind every Santa Ink letter completely. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.

How Returns Work

Returns are handled by mail. Contact us at support@santaink.com with your order number and we will send a free return label to download and print. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@santaink.com right away with a photo and your order number. We will take care of it immediately.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you of the resolution. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 days.
